Brian Wilson is a politician, worse than that he is a Labour politician.
A colleague of Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and Peter Mandelson. Men associated with Iraq, The Vow and Jeffrey Epstein.
On Thursday Wilson spoke to Gerry McCulloch about the need for unity among the Celtic support.
A phrase that he used on January 5 when announcing the return of Martin O’Neill as interim manager.
Since January 5 Wilson conveniently forgot all about unity. With a straight face he told Gerry McCulloch that he had been so busy working on transfer business. Between January 2 and February 1 Celtic signed one player, Tomas Cvancara.
ACCORDING TO CHAIRMAN WILSON
There was another porky from the interim Celtic chairman. Straight out of the Big Book of Political Lies.
They like to show their common touch. Fun anecdotes involving meeting the plebs, in the case of Celtic that would be those bolshi anti-establishment fans.
Wilson pulled out a belter.
“I met 4 young Celtic fans in the city centre and we had a great chat , I explained our difficulties in addressing these issues , they gave their point of view.
They said thanks for listening, i said thanks for talking ” https://t.co/kPXv4NV5ED pic.twitter.com/32Jg7cvpqB— Highland__Paddy (@Highland__paddy) February 5, 2026
So at a random time on Wednesday evening Wilson found himself in conversation with four young Celtic fans. After the friendly exchange both sides respected each others views and decided that unity was the way forward.
This is Wilson the Non Executive Director of 20 years standing.
Celtic haven’t held their box ticking Fan Forums since May 2025.
The Chairman abandoned the AGM in November after less than an hour.
At the AGM one shareholder sent his son to read out an attack on fans. The Chairman permitted it. Wilson didn’t intervene.
Wilson hasn’t commented on Ross Desmond’s attack on Celtic fans. It seems that the SNP and stories about ferries are the only issues that stir him into action.
Within an hour of his scripted interview it was confirmed that no contact had been made with the Celtic Fans Collective. Exactly what you’d expect from a friend of Blair, Brown and Mandy.
The 4 young lads surnames of Wilson, Lawwell, Nickinlson and Wilson has yet not been proven ….

Absolutely bollocks . I met him years ago at CP he’s a liar . I asked him a few things. All he did was stick up forDD . To keep himself in a job ??

The conversation probably started and ended with ‘haw, wilson ya fanny”
— Michael McDonald (@Michael99671923) February 5, 2026
Looking to engage with absolutely no cunt.
— Steven (@Steven_Ward88) February 5, 2026

The only reason he is looking to engage is because of the boycott tomorrow.
He’s hoping that the fans call it off as talks are “planned”.
Once the fans call it off he’ll suddenly find more pressing things to do, like finishing an old Airfix model or gazing at his navel fluff.
The guy is a chancer.
The tactic worked the last time, Nicholson sat down with fans shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. That meeting coincidentally was arranged for the week after Desmond was in Scotland, for a golf outing. They really do think we are stupid.
What he didn’t tell us they were aged 4 to 6
He said “unity within the stadium” several times in the interview but not unity, which can only be achieved when the board responds meaningfully with suggestions and plans for the way forward to the points in the original letter from the collective, so what was the point apart from divide and conquer. On the collectives part his shouldn’t be turned into a fan media or Green Brigade issue, these are only part of the bigger picture of taking the club forward. Clear the place out, board and any failed heads of departments go first
I hate ad hominem attacks, but Wilson is a liar.
A Labour Voting B*astard…
And the interim chairman of Celtic being a Butchers Apron loving B*stard at that…
Shame on him…
And shame on any other Celtic supporters voting Labour which makes them Butchers Apron loving B*astards as well !
This guy Wilson as far as I can see it , sits there with this unsmiling glum , dour , sullen torn face who is obviously sick and tired of success on and off the pitch for Celtic FC ? Why else would he and his archaic and outmoded pals of the board allow such carnage to happen to our wining team and club so easily and quickly ? Any Chief of Staff at any institution would have nipped the trouble and discord in the bud at the very outset ! Money available to spend on enhancing a triumphant squad of players sitting in a bank account but they act like a cabal of tightwad misers who squeak when they walk ! I also get the impression of Wilson that he would not ‘spray ‘ on you if you accidentally caught fire …. Spontaneous combustion ! God forbid …..
Wilson? An absolute nothing with worse acquaintances and ‘comrades’ than Netanyahu.
What an absolute fanny, jeez ah’m gonnae be sick!
