Danny Rohl looked a broken man as he left the pitch at Ibrox today.
A 2-2 draw with Celtic leaves Rohl’s side trailing Hearts by six points with post split trips to Tynecastle and Celtic Park to come.
All looked to be rosy in the garden for the homeside as they led 2-0 at half-time.
A double from Youssuf Chermiti had the home fans celebrating a title win.
Celtic looked down and out, staring at their eighth defeat in the SPFL season.
The home fans chanted the name of their manager, the former Sheffield Wednesday boss.
By full time no one was chanting the name of the inexperienced German who was third choice for the job after Steven Gerrard and Kevin Muscat walked away.
They were laughing at half time, now they’re wanting their German messiah sacked ?

Martin O’Neill sent on Reo Hatate and Sebastian Tounekti at half time, replacing Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Junior Adamu.
Celtic dominated the second half despite their midweek exploits in Stuttgart.
ROHL ON THE ROPES
Rohl had no answer to Celtic’s waves of attack.
When left-back Kieran Tierney headed unmarked past Super Jack Butland 47,000 loyal bears went into panic mode.
Rohl made two substitutions during the second half. January signings Scov Olsen and Ryan Naderi were replaced.
Neither switch made the slightest difference.
Celtic continued to push forward.
In the 87th minute John Beaton was forced into giving Celtic a penalty following a VAR Review.
After about six reviews to try and find a way out the man from the Crown Bar in Bellshill couldn’t find a way of denying Celtic a penalty.
Butland saved from Reo Hatate, he saved the rebound but at the third attempt Hatate netted.
Rohl was a broken man at the final whistle. As he walked around the pitch afterwards the home fans were shouting abuse at the inexperienced German.
Roh now has a week to prepare for another visit from Celtic. He would do well to avoid social media and walkabouts in and around Glasgow.

Beaton influenced the game by allowing Soutar to stay on the park. Should have been booked in first half for wiping out Nygren? And his second half booking should have been a sending off …not debatable….
This is when Keith Jackson an co start the McInnes to the huns campaign rolling again
Wipe your eyes the German with the poppy and 47k horrible bigot Huns, well done bhoys
They’ll not be singing Ten German Bombers tonight for sure !
Hair …so sorry , Herr Rohl looked like his Bavarian sausages were undercooked for taste after theRangers got very lucky with a draw today …he looked decidedly flummoxed when speaking to the SS on camera ….oops , no pun intended , ? At least now we know where he keeps his keys during matches ? Anybody seem my brush ?
Och Joe, ah wiz hoping tae see thay Herr hun tears you spoke aboot…?
