A planned tifo for the Free Broomloan at Ibrox tomorrow has been rejected by the home club.
With Jon Daly the only Irishman to play for the club in their 14 year history rejecting the green, white and orange tifo is hardly a surprise.
Despite being suspended by Celtic The Green Brigade were behind the plan ahead of their meeting on Monday to see what obstacles the club has created to lifting the suspension.
A long distance video clip was shared to justify the suspension of 250 Season Ticket holders. Despite appeals for video footage and bizarre claims made by Celtic only four fans have been charged with a Breach of the Peace.
During their suspension Celtic have lost at home to three of their top six rivals, costing the club nine points.
Despite the Ibrox ban the Green Brigade plans to distribute the required materials outside the stadium ahead of the1pm kick off.
THE BROOMLOAN BHOYS
Sunday’s Scottish Cup tie will be the first time in eight years that the Broomloan Road Stand will have been filled with 7,500 Celtic fans.
Odsonne Edouard’s winning goal in March 2018 was just too much for the home club to cope with.

Since the draw was made last month Celtic fans have been counting the days down to the fixture. Last Sunday 2,000 away fans were permitted tickets into a corner of the Broomloan Road Stand for the SPFL clash but Scottish Cup rules entitle the visiting club to 20% of the available tickets.
The return of 7,500 Celtic fans to Ibrox will give the tired old stadium a much needed boost in the atmosphere.
As the teams emerge from the tunnel the PA announcer has a massive decision to make.
Will be allow the away fans to celebrate Scotland’s Most Successful Club through Simply The Best or does another tradition get binned due to gloating from Celtic fans?
In January Michael Nicholson rolled out the red carpet as he welcomed the Union Bears and 2,500 supporters to the 10 year old fixture.
NOTE: My fanatical teenage nephew is looking for a ticket for Sunday, anyone with a spare please contact videocelts@snack-media.com.

Not only is the tifo banned by the Huns but the cops, no doubt with the full support of our security department and Mr Hargreaves are putting Celtic fans in danger by restrictions on parking, with Broomloan Road for buses only meaning fans travelling by car could be parked well outside the safe area. I think this is a disgrace, is it any wonder people hate the cops . Enjoy the day tims and stay safe.
Sorry, forgot to say, Celtic should have held out for the old safe corridor of Helen Street and Edmiston Drive.
Why do the green brigade have tickets for this match when they’re supposed to be banned? Just wondering as I can’t get a ticket but people who are banned can?
Editor: Just wondering, maybe they are just arranging a tifo? Just wondering, what does Michael Nicholson do week by week? Just wondering what Brian Wilson has contributed for the last 21 years? Just wondering what Peter Lawwell was doing when his pals Doncaster and Regan were crafting the Five/Six Way Agreement?
Watch the weapons in the wheely bins as Gee Division stand by and ‘watch’ on !
A wee bit off subject . The aberdeen manager looked like he hated shaking Neil Francis Lennon’s hand …… wonder why ???
