Slightly disconnected Brian Wilson is mulling over his next attack on the SNP Government. The party that has been wiping the floor with new Labour for 20 years in Holyrood.

Tony Hamilton is the poverty warrior making a great living out of the Celtic Foundation. The caring, charity arm of the club that once paid out £3.5m in a year to a former CEO.

Peter Lawwell was recruited from a shortlist of One. He then vigorously downsized and then sold control of the business to Dermot Desmond who liked the idea of owning a football club as his mates JP and John had shareholdings in MUFC. The deal PL put together anyone would have taken! No capital risk and Eternal dividends guaranteed! Over the last 20 years he is the only man in world football to MAKE money from “owning” a football club! ( tho best part is that, even tho he controls the business, he doesn’t actually OWN the business!)
Since then many friends and family have boarded the Celtic PLC Gravy Train. Jeez, McKay is a school pal ????)
It’s all about Jobs for the relatives and mates. Yes men and Lackeys populate the board and the whole business. NEDS, the most shameful part of the cost Gravy Train, shame the definition of the word and should be taken to task for dereliction of duty and not carrying out the job they are handsomely rewarded for.

We (the fans) have to get control, which will not be easy. Then set the club up like most Spanish football clubs. Elections every 5 years. Take Barça as an example:
“Over 144,000 members (socis) elect the club president every five years and have voting rights on major club decisions, ensuring democratic control.”
Apparently, it’s a non-profit organisation (hahaha), but it’s not a plc.
Say what you like about señor Laporta and other Spanish football presidents, dodgier that Del Boy, but they are held accountable and can always get papped oot in the next elections.

Even this new chap – Mazoyer from Heineken – is from the “Greater Glasgow area” and went to Glasgow Uni. Is he a friend / acquaintance of Nicholson or McKay…?
I could be unfair on Mazoyer, but everything about the Board continues to scream ‘amateurish’.
The ‘highly competitive’ salary & bonus levels for Nicholson and McKay,
simply don’t correlate with their unacceptably poor levels of leadership for a plc…
