The boys of 2016 as Mark Warburton loses the Scottish Cup Final to Hibs
One paranoid bear has been digging deep to highlight the grand conspiracy preventing his club from being top of the SPFL Premiership.
Apparently the number of ‘goals’ overturned by VAR is proof of something dark and murky, probably linked to the Vatican, the Co-op Bank and Glasgow City Council. All of course linked through secret tunnels to the Celtic Boardroom.
If only they knew the truth. Eh Peter?
In 29 matches it is reported that the Ibrox club have had 11 goals disallowed following VAR checks. All that shows is the incompetence of linesmen and their willingness to give one club the ‘benefit of the doubt’.
THE SPFL PREMIERSHIP TABLE
Over those 29 matches the Ibrox club have drawn 12 times. Basically they draw almost two out of every five matches
If those 11 cruelly disallowed goals are spread out evenly over the 29 matches three of those draws would have produced victories. Six more points and a three point gap at the top of the SPFL Premiership table.
12 after today and that’s 4 times as much as 2nd. If that doesn’t scream suspicious I don’t know what does. pic.twitter.com/LqZGaQqeJN

The VAR lines are of course dubious. They are manually applied and often random.
As we found out at Ibrox last Sunday when Andrew Dallas drew two random lines across an image to rule out a ‘goal’ from Daizen Maeda in the Scottish Cup tie.
That followed the equally dubious lines used to disallow an Own Goal from Nicky Raskin in the November League Cup semi-final.
Offside decisions is just one of the tools open to VAR.
THE BEATON FACTOR
As we have seen in recent weeks John Beaton is very reluctant to award Celtic penalties.
Twice he has required VAR promptings. On Sunday it was ridiculous as Emmanuel Longelo wrapped his arms round Daizen Maeda as he faced an open goal.
Beaton had a clear view of it. He decided that no foul had been committed.
Following a visit to the monitor Celtic had a penalty against opponents reduced to 10 men.
Absolutely fucking embarrassing that you think this proves a conspiracy against Your club. All those stats prove is that the on field officials continue to cheat in favour of Scotland’s newest club and VAR is required to rein them in.

Can’t even begin to imagine how many titles the oldco won over the decades when there was none or hardly any games televised and it was the masonic ref on the day that decided, and absolutely nobody else could do feck all about it.
As someone already commented, VAR might not be perfect but it’s certainly helped eradicate a fair bit of the cheat sheet that’s been helping them for a long long time.
Have you watched the Paul Larkin documentary ‘Anyone But Celtic’ It is certainly an eye-opener.
Hail Hail.
Nobody trusts the SFA, and nobody trusts the Scottish Referees’ Association members.
It is a deeply ingrained culture at Hampden which needs rooting out.
VAR will substantiate long-held suspicions with corresponding long-term ‘statistical anomalies’.
Nothing has changed since before 2012: the SFA [and now the SPFL] need overhauled.
But, turkeys don’t vote for Christmas… 🙁
VAR is there because match officials are not too good at their jobs and who definitely win or lose games for certain clubs/ clumpany wth their highly controversial decisions ! But , who is overseeing and correcting VAR every week as big brother gives the overruling decisions ? It’s like a giant Russian doll with all smaller ones fitting neatly inside a humongous body …the big daddy ? But who ultimately is the ‘ big daddy ‘ of Scottish football officialdom ?
Thank absolute Fuck for VAR…
It’s absolutely a perfect system it’s just the cheats with monitors that operate it…
But it’s the worst ever fuckin thing to have happened to John Beaton for sure !
