Martin and Brian shared the pain of Celtic’s title win on their Rangers Rabble watch-along.
Apparently they were covering the dead rubber at Falkirk but like all obsessed bears their minds were on all things Celtic.
A 5-2 win away to Falkirk kicked off another Ibrox Revolution but the lads on the Rabble were only interested in seeing another Celtic title party denied.
After 43 minutes Lawrence Shankland gladdened their dark hearts with the opening goal of the match. Within a few minutes Arne Engels had equalised.
The minutes passed by through the second half. Hearts players randomly fell to the ground with Don Robertson generous as he stopped play and allowed treatment.
60 minutes passed, as did 70 and 80. Celtic were trailing. The clock was racing rather than ticking.
The lads on the Rabble were beginning to dare to dream.
They couldn’t care less for what was happening at the Falkirk Stadium.
And then, not for the first time Daizen Maeda broke the hearts of the Ibrox fans.

As they come Martin is a half decent bear. He does know that a huge part of his audience is gloating Celtic fans. Martin and the Rabble are an integral part of The Banter Years.
CELTIC TRIUMPH- DESPAIR FOR BEARS
The period after Maeda netted summed up life as an Ibrox podcaster. It is the hope that kills them.
Celtic scored, the assistant wrongly flagged for offside, a VAR check was carried out, play paused then the goal was given.
From despair to a taste of delight then the bitter pill of reality.
Celtic have now been champions of Scotland 56 times. That is 55 times more than Martin and Brian’s club.
Celtic were at rock bottom this season. They finished the season 10 points ahead of the Ibrox Tribute Act.
Today’s win at Falkirk takes a little of the pressure of Danny Rohl. Which is more bad news for the Rabble lads as they face upto the annual summer rebuild.

That number 56 has been kicking about a lot for the last wee while, wits the significance of it when everyones so wound up about it?
It means if we get 57 , we get free Heinz sauce for a full season ..
The incompetence of the linesman is beyond belief … how the hell did he flag that for off side ? Then the current bun commentator actually agreed with the linesman .. he’d be better commentating on his ma’s knitting ..
Of course 56 is better than 1
Do you supporters not know that ?
Would have loved to have seen the pain in the Sevco stands at Falkirk yesterday but bloody Sportscene chose not to show it Surprise Surprise !
News filtered through that Walter Maeda had scored and they were going crazy but then the truth dawned that it was actually Albert Maeda who got the second goal
