Derek McInnes is on the brink of taking over as manager at Ibrox with a £500,000 compensation deal agreed with Hearts.
All that remains is for Danny Rohl to complete his move to RB Leipzig.
The move for McInnes has been made at an incredible speed, almost as if Andrew Cavenagh is forcing the former Sheffield Wednesday boss out of Ibrox.
Cavenagh, McInnes and Hearts CEO Andrew McKinlay are all reported to be in Boston.
McKinlay has been a fan of both Ibrox clubs and is currently a Vice-President of the SFA.
A year ago McInnes wasn’t under consideration for the Ibroxjob, after seven rounds of interviews Russell Martin was appointed as manager.
The Vegan, Buddhist lasted 17 matches before being replaced by Rohl. Now McInnes is on the brink of becoming the third Ibrox manager inside 12 months.

I’m surprised they considered him after telling The Glib and Shameless Liar Dave King to F**k Off !
They will avoid playing in Europe and take the hit,all of their eggs will be in one basket,the league,F**K everything else,and McInnes will get away with it should he win the klan klub the title.
He almost done this last sesson with Hearts,they got nowhere near the cups,he put everything into the league and it almost happened.
Let’s just hope he is still DISGUSTED come the end of season 26/27.
