Derek McInnes stormed at referee Nick Walsh at the final whistle after watching his side draw 1-1 with Dundee United.
It was a stuttering start to the Staunch Revolution with the type of performance that was the hallmark of last season. And the four before that.
Dundee United took the lead in the 38th minute through Lachlan Rose with a fortunate effort from eight yards out that trickled in at the far post.
United had edged the first half, bouncing back from recent defeats to Montrose and Salford City.
McInnes sent Youssef Chermiti and Dan Neil on for the second half with Djedi Gassama and Ryan Naderi hooked.

MCINNES SENDS OUT A SIDE WITHOUT CREATIVITY OR WIDTH
After a strong start to the second half Thelo Aasgard equalised in the 56th minute after Lawrence Shankland had used his ‘body strength’ to lay the ball towards Aasgaard.
The celebrations were epic, just like Firhill in 2017 but without the pitch invasion.
The visitors were on top but there was no cutting edge to their play. Ten corners produced virtually nothing.
They swarmed around outside the United penalty box but created little in front of goal.
Nick Walsh gave virtually every decision in one direction but United hung on for a deserved point.

Jim Goodwin’s side had the best chance in the closing stage but Jessie Randall shot weakly at Ivor Pandov when put through one on one.
McInnes was angry at the stoppage time decision to award United a goal-kick rather than a corner for the visitors. The replay from Sky Sports confirmed that the correct decision was made.
Next up for the Staunch Revolution is a trip to face Jagiellonia of Poland on Thursday in the Europa League.
Since the end of January McInnes has only won one SPFL Premiership match outside of Edinburgh.
