With less than a fortnight to run in the transfer window the club from Ibrox are desperately trying to get rid of Nico Raskin.
After three and a half trophy-less seasons at Ibrox there is barely a flicker of interest in the Belgian midfielder.
The Scottish media and Ibrox fans haven’t helped by claiming that Raskin is worth more than Arne Engels.
After two years and four trophy wins Celtic sold Engels to West Ham for £22m.
That figure for Raskin has been laughed at outside of Scotland with the former Standard Liege midfielder now playing under his sixth manager at Ibrox.
Despite the best efforts of the Scottish media there has barely been any interest in the players accumulated by all of those managers.
With Youssef Chermiti staring at a season out of action and zero interest in Manny Fernadez efforts to shift Raskin have taken a desperate turn.
Between this lot and 4 Lads podcast. Should be fucking embarrassed the way yous have acted from beginning of the transfer window! No calling out shite when it happens. Thinking championship players are good enough for Rangers? Clearly no clue with all you’re uni degrees!

The fully on message and obedient Rangers Review claims:
Talks are ongoing to move a handful of players out of the club. It is understood Rangers have received initial approaches from England, Italy and Spain regarding a move for Nico Raskin. Rangers will allow the Belgian, who has two years left on his contract, to depart this summer if their valuation is met.
Midfield duo Connor Barron and Lyall Cameron will be moved on. Barron has interest in Italy and Spain, while clubs in League One and Poland are monitoring Cameron 12 months on from his switch from Dundee.
John Souttar remains a target for clubs in England but also has options in Major League Soccer, while Clinton Nsiala and Ross McCausland are also free to move on. Nsiala is understood to have clubs in France and Cyprus tracking him.
Souttar has been available since the end of June when he was left out of McInnes’ pre-season plans.
THE BLOATED IBROX PAY ROLL
Despite claims of strong interest from England the Scotland ‘star’ remains on the pay-roll.
Having his contract cancelled or going out on loan towards the end of the transfer window are the most likely options.
No club in Italy or Spain is interested in Barron who hasn’t scored a single goal in two seasons at Ibrox.
Cameron, McCausland and Nsialia are currently on the highest wages they will ever pick up.
No club is going to match those terms with pay-offs the only way to get them out of Ibrox.
With every passing day the desperation to shift players increases.
If Jablonec can turn around their Conference League Play Off tie the need to sell will reach crisis point.
The trip to the Czech Republic is followed by matches away to Aberdeen and Falkirk.

Oh well then its doomsday for that lot all the big talk remember last season what there gonna
Do to CELTIC ye well then they have lost the TALK not only that there no way back for them now
The ibrokes wage bill must be eye watering
Tattie bye McInnes,as for the above players mentioned with teams from England,Spain and Italy wanting these players, aye so they fuckin are.
Stauner Baron, didn’t know he was still the bigot dome,ah thought they pawned him and forgot to renew the ticket.
Music to my ears Joe,music to my ears.
Doomwatch in the accountancy department at iBrox. Although I’m intrigued by the suggestion of interest in Lyall Cameron ‘from League One’…. do they mean League One in England or League One in Scotland?
The 1872 club = LIQUIDATED.
The 2012 Club = ??
Larry getting bombed out as Captain
The PSV player shambles
The McInnes touchline ban .
All being swerved by the media
I just love that McWinless made Rubberheid captain and blew up the whole dressing room in the process!
Seemingly they want rid of Raskin as he’s a troublemaking loudmouth who thinks he should be captain and his second attempt the other night wrath Dan Neil saw the lad go even further into his shell, or, since it was at £1brox, Hell.
I must say, this level of schadenfreude is delicious to witness particularly since Dippy Del can’t stand up for falling all over himself.
Delectable!
It’s all meat and drink to them
The unwanted herd that haven’t been producing and are now up for auction at Sevco’s Animal Farm by Andrew “Napoleon” Cavenagh, include the donkeys, Manny Fernadez, Nico “Squealer” Raskin, Connor Barron, Lyall Cameron, John “Old Major” Souttar, Clinton Nsiala and Ross McCausland. All are worth hee-haw, not even a donkey sanctuary would want to rescue these dumb animals from the glue factory. They didn’t gel well on the field and would hide from the ball.
Zest we forget Sevco has rounded up another pack of Nuffin the Mules safe from rustlers and McInnes will be out on his ass too by Christmas, if they aren’t at the races. His donkey jacket is on a shoogly peg with the amount of dung his side have been producing. If his small papier-mâché piñata figure fails to bear fruit of the orange variety with the bitter flock of ST holders, they’ll be taking turns to give him plenty of stick.
