  1. It’s the first time I’ve ever wanted England to win at something. My own little bhoy will 11 by 2018 and would love to have been able to take him to see some World Cup Football. Russia is a bit out of the way for that.

The whole voting procss stinks of corruption, favours and collusion.

Will the English now cry foul, or claim there is some sort of conspiracy against them from within the governing body? But that’s impossible in this day and age. They’ll probably be shot down as being paranoid.

  2. I think Neil Lennon and Celtic were to blame for our friends across the border failing- on a brighter note though , surely this will free up a right good bit of tax payers cash and we can all look forward to a spectacular show the day wills get hitched !cant wait !!!

  3. Yass of course England will complain about conspiracy their never happy when things don’t go their way- I’m glad the World Cup won’t be there and if its because of Lennon and Celtic congrats to them

  4. Declan, that’s not your real name, is it now?

Again, der hun’s lack of subtlety of wit gives the game away.

  5. Quite gutted England didnt win it, a World Cup on our doorstep wouldve been great, imagine Scotland winning the World Cup at Wembley!
