Mick McCarthy Wolves newsCeltic will play Wolves at home next WEDNESDAY.

Rangers Champions League qualifier with Malmo will be played on Tuesday meaning that Mick McCarthy’s side will meet Celtic the following night with a 7.45 kick off.

The match will be the first home game of the season for Neil Lennon’s side and will see Kelvin Wilson, Adam Matthews and Victor Wanayama make their home debuts.

Wolves Irish trio of Kevin Foley, Stephen Hunt and Stephen Ward will no doubt be looking forward to the match.

Unlike most Premiership sides travelling the globe in pre-season Wolves have opted for a low key build up to the new season with the Celtic match arranged either side of matches at Notts County and Ipswich Town.
