Dundee United have reported Rangers to the SPL for failing to pay £19,000 of ticket money from the recent Tannadice clash between the two clubs.
Rangers have been already charged by the SFA for not paying United money owed from the Scottish Cup tie between the clubs at Ibrox in January.
Craig Whyte and Rangers are answering a number of charges from the SFA today including failure to disclose that Whyte had served a seven year ban from being a company director.
The failure to pay United is just the latest in a number of football debts that Rangers have failed to comply with.
Dunfermline and Inverness Caley Thistle have been left out of pocket for ticket money whilst Hearts, GAIK of Sweden and Rapid Vienna are all owed transfer money.
Rangers have until tomorrow to publish audited accounts upto 30 September 2011 if they wish to compete in Europe next season.
Failure to publish audited accounts will prevent the SFA from issuing the club with a licence which is required to take part in UEFA competitions.
Meanwhile Brian Kennedy, owner of Sale Sharks, has been informed that his conditional bid for Rangers has been turned down by the clubs’ administrators, Duff and Phelps.
