Victor Wanyama faces a punishing summer of international football for Kenya.
The 20-year-old has made a massive impact since joining Celtic in the summer and has become a cult figure amongst some fans.
Wanyama has made 38 appearances for Neil Lennon’s side but will switch into his international colours after playing Hearts on May 13.
“We have World Cup qualifiers against Malawi at home on June 1 and Namibia away a week later,” the player explained.
“Then after that we have an African Cup of Nations qualifier in Togo.
“It will be a busy time but ater that I will be able to have a good rest and hopefully be ready for the Champions League qualifiers.
Kenya didn’t qualify for the Olympics so we’re not going. I think we still have some games and it’ll be around the time of the Olympics.”
