The Welshman joined Celtic in 2001 and enjoyed one season alongside Lubo and three alongside Larsson as he made his way into the history books as the last man to score 100 goals for Celtic.
The match will take place on May 28 at Celtic Park with all profits going to the Celtic Foundation.
