Leigh Griffiths has accused Bobby Madden of denying Celtic a late penalty in today’s Glasgow derby.
The 1-1 draw killed off Sevco’s hopes of winning the title and leaves the tribte act eight points and 22 goals adrift of Aberdeen in the battle to finish a strong second.
Celtic had taken the lead in the first half through Leigh Friffiths but were pegged back by a late strike from Clint Hill.
In the dying minutes Hill chopped Griffiths in the box as he prepared to shoot from 15 yards but in keeping with his performance throughout the match Madden refused to give Celtic the penalty.
Normally a goalscorer is put up to be interviewed after the match but clearly annoyed by Madden’s performance the hoops put Griffiths in front of the cameras and microphones.
