Seven years on from one of the rawest Celtic defeats Kieran Tierney has the chance to put a smile on his dad’s face.
The 2-0 Scottish Cup semi-final defeat from Ross County was up there among the worst days that Celtic fans have known- especially for Mr Tierney from Wishaw.

Any hopes of a challenge for the SPL title had ended before a 4-0 defeat at St Mirren cost Tony Mowbray his job with Neil Lennon thrown in as caretaker boss.
Remarkably Lennon managed to lead the team to eight successive wins in the SPL to salvage some respectability from the campaign.
The Scottish Cup was another story however. It seemed a certain consolation prize when the semi-final draw provided the hoops with First Division Ross County.
A 2-0 defeat from Derek Adams’ side was the final boot in the guts for the season with Mr Tierney one of the fans to vent their anger to Sky Sports after the game- with 12-year-old KT by his side.
