There’s been quite a fall out since Celtic’s 5-1 win over Sevco at Ibrox on Saturday.
Alongside the delight at Celtic hitting five goals and the Brother Pedro experiment imploding at Ibrox there was also a wholly predictable outbreak of anti-social behaviour from the home fans.
Sadly but again predictably there has been no response from the football authorities or from Sevco, it seems that keeping a gloss on the ‘Old Firm experience’ is more important with dealing with the low-life’s who live in the dark shadow of one club.
For Celtic fans the win at Ibrox completed a week of joy- two wins for the first team over the tribute act with much hilarity thrown in to add to the pleasures.
The internet has been awash with humour with many Celtic fans still struggling to believe that they witnessed the ball hit the Sevco net five times. It could have been more, seven or eight would have been a fairer reflection but for those who lived through the nineties it was a momentous afternoon.
