Mikael Lustig has revealed that his Messi-like goal at Ibrox isn’t the best of his career.
With Celtic leading 4-1 at the end of April the full-back took control of the ball, weaved his way past a couple of Sevco defenders then curled a 20 years drive past Wes Foderingham.
Typical of Lustig he then pulled his shirt over his head and raced over to celebrate in front of the Celtic support.
As a regular three goals a season man there aren’t too many to choose from during his career but when asked today about the best goal of his career he looked elsewhere.
???? ML: Sweden vs Germany. 4-4. We were 4-0 down and I scored the second. Was great to be involved in. ???????? #AskLustig https://t.co/aKp6Qcm2eL

Lustig was in the starting XI for Celtic in their 1-0 win over BW Linz in the opening match of the season.
Tomorrow Brendan Rodgers side take on Rapid Vienna with the first competitive match of the season a fortnight away.
On Tuesday night the hoops will discover if they are travelling to play La Fiortia or Linfield with the Belfast club taking a 1-0 lead into the return leg.
