Celtic have been drawn away to Dundee in the last eight of the League Cup.
Neil McCann’s side beat Dundee United 2-1 tonight at Dens Park with ex-Celt Paul McGowans scoring the winner.
Speaking to BT Sport after his winning goal McGowan said that his only preference in the draw was to get anyone but Celtic!
Loan bhoy Scott Allan set up the winner and will have to sit out the cup tie as part of his loan agreement.
Great draw for Celtic be good to get another one over that wee rat McCann

Knew we’d get Celtic. Unless you start giving teams a 5 goal head start against them then you’d be as well just handing them the cup

Good chance semi finalists will be Aberdeen, Hibs, Celtic and The Rangers who I expect to be the top 4 by the time the games are played.

In the other ties there was a shock when Sevco came out last to face an away tie against Partick Thistle.
The first tie out saw Hibs paired with Livingston with Aberdeen away to Motherwell who required extra time tonight to get past Ross County at Dingwall.
Celtic are the holders of the trophy after beating Aberdeen 3-0 in last season’s final to complete the first stage of the domestic treble which they completed without defeat.
