The Judicial Review of Scottish football won’t require crowd funding to be launched.

After dictating the agenda with their spin and half-truths the pressure is about to be exerted onto Neil Doncaster and Stewart Regan as the secret deals and broken rules of the past six years are exposed.

While the chief executives of the governing bodies can make claims to broadcasters answering under oath is an entirely different matter.

Explaining the Five Way Agreement of 2012 which they both signed up to, the 2011/12 UEFA licence issued to Rangers (IL) while tax bills were outstanding and their unique club/company explanations will all be put to the test.

Despite losing out on millions of pounds in prize money, places in cup finals and trophy wins it seems that none of the clubs in Scotland are prepared to rock the boat as the SFA and SPFL try to create a game that is wholly dependent on the gory Old Firm.

Funding for the Judicial Appeal has come from various sources from fans of many clubs with the organisers setting out to avoid the hard of thinking turning the process into an Old Firm war of words.
