Celtic fans believe that Olivier Ntcham has been the most impressive of Brendan Rodgers’ summer signings.
With a £4.5m price tag the former Manchester City man is the most expensive signing in Scottish football over the last decade and was the hoops transfer priority.
Yesterday Video Celts produced a poll and although it was open to all Ntcham had the thumbs up from 285 fans.
Next up in the Thumbs Up rating was another Frenchman- Odsonne Edouard- earning 135 more Thumbs Up.
Kundai Benyu was just one thumb behind on 134 with Jonny Hayes getting 81 more thumbs up than thumbs down.
Hayes seems to have taken over this season’s fall guy mantle from Gary Mackay-Steven but like other Rodgers’ signings he has performed a roundabout role since signing.
James Forrest has taken his game up a level to such an extent that there were genuine cases being made for him to play against Sevco and Anderlecht ahead of Patrick Roberts.
Before Hayes arrived Cristian Gamboa and Dorus de Vries had made a similar impact on Mikel Lustig and Craig Gordon.
With October containing a very demanding fixture schedule all four players are likely to be called on as the hoops look to continue their progress in the Champions League, SPFL and League Cup.
