Tacky Joey Barton slumped to a new low on twitter tonight.
Three months at Sevco and a two year pay off seemed to have made quite an impact on the high pitched midfielder.
Barton, currently serving a 13 month ban for betting on football matches, likes to portray himself as a would-be philosopher and deep thinker about the game and society in general.
That fake profile has earned him various media roles but it seems that his time at Ibrox has made a lasting impression.
As well as posing with loyalist paramilitary bands in his second last appearance for the club it seems that the former Burnley ace has picked up on other cultural elements of the Ibrox club.
Nice to see Joey has finally got a signal out of Scott Brown’s pocket… Classy tweet from a classy guy. ??????????? https://t.co/dMIMIDniLI

Careful with the kids and Celtic in the same sentence Michael. Don’t want folk getting the wrong idea again. https://t.co/pHxl71yiLY

Rather than pass on nudge-nudge style comments perhaps the deep thinker might want to get in touch with former Spurs and Liverpool midfielder Paul Stewart and get an understanding of the subject. A google search of the words Gordon and Neely may also be informative.
