Within ten minutes Neymar had equalised, by half time it was 4-1 with the French outfit adding three more after the break to leave Celtic nursing a 7-1 defeat ahead of the Betfred Cup Final on Sunday.
It all seemed to good to be true as Celtic took the lead after 57 seconds.
Some careless defending from the homeside presented Celtic with a penalty, with a move from the training ground Olivier Ntcham played the ball to the edge of the penalty box where Moussa Dembele drilled a shot high into the net.
That was about as good as it got for the visitors with Mikael Lustig injured shortly after Neymar had equalised.
While PSG were clearly in form there’s no doubt that Celtic contributed to their demise with the defenders unable to get close to the hosts celebrated front line.
