The man that led Sevco to defeat against Hamilton Accies wants his players to turn into Paris Saint Germain.
As he starts week five as caretaker boss Graham Murty is going native in order to keep supporters on his side.
A week ago the former Reading utility man was on the brink of three wins in a row but after being handed a footballing lesson from Martin Canning the prospect of Murty taking charge on a permanent basis has come to a shuddering halt.
With even Alex McLeish distancing himself from the job it looks like Murty will be in charge for the double header against Aberdeen where his lack of experience will be contrasted to Derek McInnes.
Celtic’s 7-1 defeat from PSG on Wednesday night has been the highlight of the season for Ibrox fans with their caretaker boss deciding to take a dig at the hoops.
“What we need to do is be more resilient than that and come back,” Murty explained to The Sun reflecting on the loss to Hamilton. “We need to have a bit of the PSGs about us.
“I just thought PSG showed a fantastic response after going a goal down so early. They trusted the players, they trusted their methods, they were open, expressive and brave.
“Albeit they have a £200m man who makes a slight difference, but other than that the attitude and application is what you would have expected.
“There was no change in method or tactic, they believed in what they were doing. When a team believes in themselves it translates into good performances.
“I know from speaking to the Hamilton staff we were causing them concern at half-time.”
Hopefully Murty will still be in charge on December 30 to show Celtic his interpretation of the PSG way of playing.
