Josh Windass faces the wrath of Graeme Murty after telling Sevco fans to shut it after scoring against Partick Thistle.
The former Accrington starlet had been heavily criticised online for his performance in Saturday’s 2-1 defeat at home to Hibs.
That criticism continued at Firhill last night as Sevco struggled before Windass opened the scoring.
As soon as the ball hit the net Windass turned to the visiting supporters with his finger to his lips.
Although Murts claimed the Arsene Wenger opt out once he has performed his video analysis he’ll be well aware of the gesture.
Josh Windass won’t be a Rangers player in August will he? A lot of us seem to hate him and he now seems to hate a lot of us ???? shambles man

Josh Windass shh is fair enough. The amount of Rangers fans that turn against the team, especially Windass, when things go wrong is awful, quite right to shh them. Should be going to support the players not boo them.

“I didn’t see it,” the caretaker Ibrox boss told the Daily Record. “I’ll talk to Josh about it and ask why he did it – if he did it.
“To be perfectly honest I don’t know why Josh does many of the things he does. I’ll have a chat to him and see what he meant by it, but let’s talk about his goal, which was outstanding.
“The delivery and cross in was great but you still need to finish it and Josh has that execution of the highest order.”
Despite failing to save their old club in 2012 everyone inside Sevco is told to patronise the gullible fans at every opportunity.
With next to nothing coming into the club in terms of commercial income, sponsorship or transfer fees, ticket money is by far the company’s biggest source of income.
