Celtic kept the build up to Sunday’s visit to Ibrox low key as Sevco continued to talk up their prospects.

Sky Sports were invited in to Murray Park to film the stars training, were given an exclusive interview with Bruno Alves before David Bates shared his thoughts with the world.

Little was made of the fact that Russell Martin had been due to meet the media but pulled out due to injury.

Yesterday Celtic continued their build up behind closed doors, there were no cameras inside Lennoxtown to whip up hysteria.

Keeping things in-house Scott Brown was interviewed by Celtic TV and gave little away.

In a reference to the claims at have been coming out of Ibrox, including cheering the Scottish Cup semi-final draw with Celtic, the hoops skipper said: “Yeah they’ve managed to talk quite a lot this week. We’ll just do our usual job and turn up. In the last three games at Ibrox we have been excellent.

The pressure is all on them. We managed to do well there last season but it’s all about what we do this season and we have to try to do the same. Ibrox is a hard place to go but we’ve managed to get three wins there in a row.”

The cameras will film Celtic in training this morning for 15 minutes with Brendan Rodgers and a player put up for the media conference without fanfare or dressing room cheering.
