Chris Sutton has voiced the fear that terrifies every Sevco fan- When will we ever beat Celtic?

A streetwise manager would have thought ‘be careful what we wish for’ with a savvy club leaving the dressing room reaction on the cutting floor.
Sutton heard the noise, promises and threats all through last week with his Saturday morning prediction about sh***bags turning out spookily accurate.
He told the Daily Record: “Maybe now the cheering will stop from the Rangers players after an Old Firm defeat that must leave them wondering when they’ll ever beat their fierce rivals.
“They’ll surely be sitting this morning thinking, “If we can’t beat 10 men then how can we win against them when they are actually back to full speed?
”Rangers produced probably their best performance while Celtic weren’t anywhere near their best – and that must be a worry for Graeme Murty’s side.”
Sutton added: “They won’t get many ?better chances. They are on the up, there was a lot of talking and at least it was a contest like we haven’t seen in a number of years but if you can’t get past ?10 men then it doesn’t ?bode well.”
After a couple of weeks being talked of in Pep terms Murty is again under attack from Sevco fans on social media.
Sound-bites and suits are easy to master but faced with ten men he froze while Brendan Rodgers handed out a tactical master-class.
This week we will hear lots about fine margins and narrowing the gap, all those that watched Celtic’s win at Ibrox know the reality of the short lived title challenge.
With the loan players returning in May and £4m of season ticket money going to repay the Close Brothers loan things aren’t going to get any better for Murty and the Sevco support.
