One of the three bears has demanded that Dave King repays the loan he was given to help buy his holding in the company back in 2015.

According to a report by the well placed Phil MacGiollabhain the exchange took place on Friday with patience wearing thin in the blue room of dignity.

King has already promised the board of directors that he will comply with the Court of Session ruling that he provides £11m to underwrite a share offer to investors that were excluded from his takeover in 2015.

The South African based criminal worked alongside Douglas Park, George Letham and George Taylor to take control of the club from Derek Llamas and David Somme’s.

Since that move the club has plunged heaving into debt with the three bears ending the supply of soft loans last year forcing the company to turn to Close Brothers to see out the season.

If King fails to comply with the Court of Session ruling he faces a number of financial sanctions as will Sevco for failing to apply proper governance to protect minority shareholders.
