Jonny Hayes was a little bhoy lost when he got to meet Henrik Larsson.
The Celtic winger is currently recovering from a broken leg but got to meet his hero at the Scott Brown Testimonial Golf Day at Archerfield Links.
Larsson famously suffered a leg break in 1999 but bounced back better than ever to power his way to 242 Celtic goals followed by stints at Barcelona and Manchester United.
While living in Bothwell the Swede developed a love of golf that brings him back regularly to Scotland.
Hayes and Larsson were joined on the fairways by Neil Lennon while Kieran Tierney and Steven Whittaker joined up for the evening dinner.
Brown joined Celtic from Hibs in 2007 and is on course to become one of the most decorated player’s in Scottish football history.
This season should see him pick up his eighth SPL/SPFL title taking him closer to the 11 title winning medals held by Bobby Lennox between 1966 and 1979.
