John Hartson believes that Celtic can win the treble NEXT season.

On Sunday a win over Sevco will give the hoops the title for the seventh successive season and the fifth trophy since Brendan Rodgers took over from Ronny Deila.

Next month Motherwell stand between Celtic and a double treble but already Hartson is looking further ahead.

Before Rodgers arrived at Celtic the club had only won the treble three times, twice under Jock Stein in 1967 and 1969 and under Martin O’Neill in 2001.

Stein did manage to win eight domestic trophies out of nine between 1966 and 1969 but lost out to Dunfermline in the 1968 Scottish Cup.

Hartson signed for Celtic just after the 2001 treble was completed and left Celtic with three SPL winners and over 100 goals following his £6m move from Wimbledon.
