Sevco are set to SACK Kenny Miller this week with Lee Wallace on his way out of Ibrox.

According to a report in The Sun the experienced duo led a dressing room rebellion against Graeme Murty following the 4-0 thrashing from Celtic at Hampden.

Miller was an unused substitute in the humiliation while Waldo has been out of action since September with a sore leg.

The manner of the defeat from Celtic has ended any faint hopes that Murty had of being appointed manager on a permanent basis and seems to have provided the club’s two most experienced players with the opportunity to further their own managerial ambitions.

The Sun reports

The Ibrox hierarchy are raging with the behaviour of the club’s most senior player and club captain after Sunday’s defeat.

The powers-that-be believe the manager has been undermined and have decided to take action.

They don’t think what happened in the dressing room is acceptable.”

Suited Wallace is believed to have vented his anger towards Murty for the team’s poor performance against Celts.

Then Miller — an unused sub in the game — had his say. The Gers boss refused to accept their criticism.

In his after-match press conference the under-pressure boss admitted: “There was emotion, anger, disappointment — all the things you’d expect after a game like that.”

Now though it’s emerged Murty has held talks with Gers directors and decided he wants Miller and Wallace OUT of his squad.

Media friendly Miller was dropped out of the first team squad by Pedro Caixinha and forced to train with the young starlets at Murray Park.

Murty restored the former Celtic skipper and handed him the armband of dignity worn by Waldo at the start of the season.

After the match Miller’s WAG turned to twitter to state the case for her man being in the team.

Miller is out of contract at the end of this season while Waldo has a further 12 months to run on his deal.

Murty also has to deal with the dissent shown by Andy Halliday and Danny Candeias when they were substituted and try and get Alfredo Morelos and Greg Docherty to restore dignity with each other.
