Internet bampots were quickly on the case as Dave King called for the suspension of Murdoch MacLennan, chairman of the SPFL.
With the Ibrox PR team searching for anything to fuel the Follow Follow conspiracy that Peter Lawwell and Dermot Desmond were behind the liquidation of the old club and are plotting the downfall of the tribute act, every angle is being chased from Ibrox.
MacLennan’s crime was to take up a non-executive role in an Irish company where Dermot Desmond has a 15% shareholding.
It’s highly unlikely that any company within the EEC will be calling in King, once described as a glib and shameless liar by a South African judge, to become a non-executive director.
A call for transparency across the whole of Scottish football would be welcomed, Celtic did so in September 2017 but were told by Stewart Regan not to rake over old coals.
Truly desperate
A discredited bunch of failures
* lead by a criminal
* currently under court order and failing to comply with it ,
*who has faced racketeering charges
*and been branded as completely untrustworthy by a high court judge
A pox on our game

My bet is that some in Scottish football are asking questions that the South African Trump doesn’t like.
Like Trump calling for his investigators to be investigated, I think this shows that someone is worried. #crook

Interesting.
I don’t remember your calls for an independent investigation when it transpired that the sitting secretary of the SFA, Campbell Ogilvie, had full knowledge of EBTs while at Rangers (and also received one!). Can you share the link with me, maybe I missed it. Ta. pic.twitter.com/Y4KyQuO3Fm

Predictable…….. no fucking shame either ! The old club he was involved with were allowed to Investigate themselves by the corrupt members of the SFA who had material connections to RFC ! Whereas this board are ultimate professionals with no links to criminality . https://t.co/4ww9LeoZaS

King’s latest statement.
He’s burning bridges.
Squirrel? Attempt to distract from UEFA license questions? Or deflect from lack of budget for signings?- other than some very short term applause from the cheap seats it’s hard to see what is in this for him.— TheTributeAct (@TheTributeAct) May 29, 2018
Dave King wants Rangers fans to forget that :
Your team are dreadful
5-0 , 4-0 , 3rd in a 2 horse race
No Money
Directors Resigning
Charged by the Takeover Panel, The court of Session and the SFA
The stupid will go along with this farce, the complicit will stay silent
— Barcabhoy (@Barcabhoy1) May 29, 2018
So..
You had Gordon Smith Chief Exec of SFA from (2007-10)
You had Campbell Ogilvie Vice President of SFA (2007-11)
Then President of SFA (2011-15).
And Andrew Dickson doing whatever it is he’s meant to be doing. When was the Boumsong raid again?

Supremacist mindset holds that when a Celtic-supporter or even a Catholic gets in a position of power or authority they will abuse that power to favour Celtic and harm Rangers. Of course, Rangers men are above all that and if appointed would wield power without fear or favour…

Two weeks ago the tribute act received a Notice of Complaint over the 2011 UEFA licence issued by the SFA to the club currently in liquidation.
This week the SFA will nominate the licence compliant clubs for next season’s UEFA competitions, perhaps they could follow King’s call for transparency and publish full details of the applications.
