Alexandre Pato has refueled rumours that he is about to join Celtic.
The Brazilian midfielder had a brief twitter exchange a month ago when out of the ‘blue’ be tweeted a green shamrock.
The former AC Milan and Chelsea midfielder is currently playing for Tianjin Quanjian but at the age of 28 could be on his way to Europe with his bank balance suitably boosted.

So far this summer Odsonne Edouard is the only signing that Celtic have made with a fee in the region of £6m paid out to Paris Saint Germain for the young striker.
That fee has been more than covered by the transfers of Stuart Armstrong and Erik Sviatchenko.
Celtic are currently training in Austria with less than a fortnight to go until their Champions League qualifier away to Alashkert.
Playing in the Champions League is the biggest incentive that Celtic has to offer new signings but the hoops have t navigate their way through four qualifying rounds to reach the group stage for the third season running.
