Celtic have confirmed details of two more pre season friendlies.

Brendan Rodgers takes his squad to Austria on Monday June 25 with three open matches arranged ahead of their Champions League campaign.

The hoops will discover their opponents for the first two qualifying rounds on Tuesday with the entire pre-season build up based around reaching the group phase of the Champions League.

After some initial work at Lennoxtown Rodgers has taken his side away to Austria in each of the last two seasons and is following that pattern again this year.

  • 27 June – SK Vorwärts Stey, Life-Radio-Arena (Steyr, 42km south of Linz) KO: 17:30

  • 30 June – Bohemians Prague, Huber-Arena (Wels, 35kn south west of Linz) KO: 14:00
  • 3 July – Sparta Prague, Stallinger Financial Planning Arena (Rohrbach, 45km north west of Linz) KO: 16:30

Any supporters travelling are likely to be based in Linz with flights to Munich and Vienna followed by a train journey offering best value.

After their trip to Austria the hoops return to face Shamrock Rovers in Dublin on July 7 with a home match against Standard Liege a week later between the first two legs of the opening Champions League ties.

All times Celtic Park Time.
