Willie Collum has been confirmed as the referee for Sunday’s Celtic v Sevco clash despite his weekend shocker at Rugby Park.

Kilmarnock have appealed against the red card given to Gary Dicker with Steve Clarke highly critical of the decision.

Collum’s last derby appointment was at Ibrox in March when he ordered off Jozo Simuonvic on the say so of Douglas RED CARD RED CARD Ross who doubles up as a Conservative Member of Parliament when he is not at football matches.

Frank Connor will be one of the assistant referee’s, he was the North Stand assistant at the 2015 Scottish Cup Semi Final between Celtic and Inverness Caley Thistle that missed Josh Meekings’ hand-ball from a Leigh Griffiths header.

Celtic head into the match a point ahead of Sevco who’ve had two red cards in their three SPFL Premiership matches so far.

It’s understood that no action will be taken against Allan McGregor for his attack on Peter Hartley of Motherwell which was missed by match referee Craig Thomson.
