Chris Sutton summed up the feelings of most Celtic supporters at the end of the Champions League qualification campaign.
A 2-1 defeat tonight in Athens saw the hoops crash out on a 3-2 aggregate with a Europa League qualifier next week to retain European football this season.
Both goals tonight were easily preventable with the Greeks cashing in on Celtic’s well known defensive problems.
The blame game has to stop and it’s time for cool heads at Celtic… the manager and board could have handled things better! Celtics poor recruitment is the reason they are out! I don’t care about disco lights..time to sort this mess out starting with Boyata

After five minutes the ball was cut back from the right for AEK to take the lead, five minutes into the second half AEK doubled their lead with a simple goal from a corner.
Substitute Scott Sinclair pulled a goal back with 12 minutes left to play but the Greek champions wasted their way through the closing stages with no real threat to their goal.
Celtic now face a massive post mortem as to why they failed to even reach the play-off round of the Champions League despite two successful campaigns and £30m sitting in the bank.
