Dave King has insisted that there will be no u-turn in the decision to reduce Celtic’s Ibrox ticket allocation to just 800.

Celtic have still to decide whether or not they will take up the allocation over safety fears that their fans will be home supporters on either side and also above.

Unless some sort of protective cage is erected it’s difficult to see how Celtic fans won’t be attacked by missiles.

Today’s company AGM was littered with the usual non-issues with nothing said about Thursday’s Court of Session appointment where King faces a Contempt of Court charge.

After three years of refusing to make an offer to shareholders the South African based criminal will finally be asked to explain himself before a Scottish court.

It is expected that a substantial fine will be imposed alongwith a suspended prison term, if King refuses to pay up he faces arrest the next time he jets into the UK from South Africa.
