Steven Caulker has signed a deal with Turkish side Alanyaspor until the end of the season.
The defender quit Dundee at the end of August after a short spell working with Neil McCann and has regularly been linked with a move to Celtic.
In September 2017 Brendan Rodgers spoke warmly about Caulker as he battled against personal problems while trying to keep his career on track with Queens Park Rangers.

Central defence remains a problem area for Celtic with neither Dedryck Boyata or Filip Benkovic likely to be around in July for the start of the UEFA qualifiers.
At 27 Caulker should be in the peak years of his career but despite a CV that includes Liverpool, where he was on loan under Rodgers, and Spurs it seems that no English club is prepared to offer him even a short term deal.
Alanyaspor are currently in 14th place in the Turkish Super Lig with 18 points from 17 matches.
