Chris Sutton saluted Celtic’s semi-final win over Aberdeen as Simply the Best!

The 3-0 scoreline told the story of the game with Celtic in complete control throughout as their opponents completely lost their discipline.

Dom Ball was given a second yellow card for a brutal attack on Ryan Christie that halted the match for six minutes as the midfielder was eventually stretchered off.

During that stoppage time James Forrest scored a wondergoal with Aberdeen assistant manager Tony Docherty sent to the stand.

Odsonne Edouard put Celtic two in front from the penalty spot just past the hour mark with Lewis Ferguson shown a straight red card six minutes later.

Tom Rogic added a third with Derek McInnes joining Docherty in the stand as Celtic cruised into the final against Hearts on May 25 going for a treble treble.

Celtic still require four more points to claim the SPFL title but that could be reduced if Steven Gerrard’s side drop any points to Hearts on Saturday.
