Marvin Compper is believed to have suffered an injury set-back and is missing from the Celtic side facing Ross County in the Reserve League today.
Neil Lennon promised everyone a chance but just as Celtic suffered a few injuries in central defence so to has Compper been struck down by injury.
After playing four Reserve League matches he missed last weeks 3-3 draw away to St Mirren with Stephen Welsh again partnered by Wallace Duffy in defence alongside Tony Ralston and Daniel Church.
The draw with St Mirren ended the 100% record that Tommy McIntyre’s side had enjoyed in 2019 which has taken them level with Hibs at the top of the table with a game in hand over the Edinburgh side.
Hibs are in action at Murray Park today with Celtic scheduled to play Graeme Murty’s starlets next week.
