Celtic fans swamped twitter after Leigh Griffiths reappeared with an ‘and counting’ message.
Since stepping back from football in December social media has been constantly coming up with rumours to explain his absence from the game.
Griffiths has been back training at Lennoxtown for five weeks with Neil Lennon hoping that the striker can play a part in the final three matches of the season.
After another batch of rumours yesterday Griffiths’ return to twitter was liked 11,000 times in 12 hours with over 400 fans adding their own comments to the tweet.

The subject of Griffiths is bound to crop up when Neil Lennon meets the media to preview the Glasgow derby.
Despite being back at Lennoxtown Griffiths has still be pictured training with his Celtic team mates with just 16 days remaining in the domestic season.
Griffiths’ last appearance for Celtic was on December 8 as a substitute at home to Kilmarnock with his last goal coming away to Hamilton on November 24..
