Kyle Lafferty’s second stint at Ibrox is over with social media used to confirm the news.
Steven Gerrard agreed to a £500,000 transfer fee and a two year contract to sign the striker from Hearts in August but half way through that deal it is all over for the striker- again.

The Press Association don’t get involved in transfer rumours, when they bring out a story like that they have got it from the highest of authority.
Lafferty got off to a great start at Ibrox with a double away to Motherwell followed up by finding the net away to Villarreal.
His absence for international duty brought about a one match domestic ban from the Northern Irish FA with some unpleasant details about his private life quickly surfacing.
By the end of the season Lafferty had started just eight matches and is now looking at his post Ibrox options.
He could stick to the remainder of his contract but a move abroad or a pay off and return to Hearts is probably the most likely options.
