The ‘Celtic First Team Recruitment Meeting’ document circulating on social media last night appears to be genuine.

The three page document summarised a scouting meeting and gave the initials of those that attended the meeting on April 2.

At first it seemed that the document seemed to be a well prepared shot in the dark but dramatically last night The Sun claimed that a hunt was on to find the mole.

They stated:

CELTIC have launched a top-level probe after an explosive summer transfer dossier was leaked online.

The stolen document was circulated on fan forums and social media and appears to list key targets for the Hoops. It also suggests Celtic would consider selling certain first-team players for the right price.

SunSport cannot name anyone named in the document for legal reasons, with Celts expected to treat the leak as a criminal matter. Raging Hoops chiefs were last night probing its release ahead of a hectic period of transfer activity.

Boss Neil Lennon, who is on holiday, and Parkhead supremo Peter Lawwell were both made aware of the breach last night.

The document contains names that are mainly already in the public as Celtic look to strengthen for next season.

Under each position on the park it gives the course of action to be followed up with most of the work falling on PL to speak to agents.

Celtic have a fairly large sized job on their hands this summer to reshape their squad following on from three transfer windows that basically failed to being in players ready to make an impact on the first team.

Unusually it seems that most of the players targeted are from England which is a market that the club has barely used in recent seasons other than for loan purposes.
