Neil Lennon is reportedly on route to Stockholm for what can only be presumed to be transfer business.

The Celtic boss was happy to pose with a hoops fan at what appeared to be an airport lounge earlier this morning.

The Swedish season is in full swing at the moment with top flight matches staggered over Saturday and Sunday. With former team-mates Johan Majallby and Henrik Larsson both back in Sweden the Celtic boss won’t be short of information on local players.

Lennon has had a busy time in the transfer market with Christopher Jullien, Luca Connell and Boli Bolingoli-Mbombo all joined Celtic over the last seven days for just over £10m.

Right-back is the area of the Celtic squad that has least options with Mikael Lustig, Cristian Gamboa and Jeremy Toljan all leaving since the end of last season.

Celtic can add two players to their squad for the Champions League qualifier against FK Sarajevo by 11pm on Sunday.

On Sunday a Celtic XI will play Championship side Arbroath in a friendly at Gayfield, Dick Campbell’s side have beaten Hearts and Hibs in the last week.
