Celtic Park was less than half full for the visit of Dunfermline but those fans that turned up let the directors know their feelings of unrest.

A year ago the chant was ‘It’s so good to be Celtic, champions again as you know, Brendan Rodgers here for 10-in-a-row’. The sentiment today was the same with the message slightly altered.

Neil Lennon has been in front of the media since Tuesday’s defeat from Cluj with the directors in hiding while the club website and twitter feed went into lock-down on Wednesday and Thursday.

There were five changes to the Celtic side for today’s match with Craig Gordon, Christopher Jullien, Boli Bolingoli, Nir Bitton and Leigh Griffiths introduced.

Scott Sinclair again failed to make the bench suggesting that the club is unhappy that he never left during the transfer window after the club activated a 12 month extension to the deal he signed in 2016.
