The Daily Record has named five clubs that are tracking Odsonne Edouard but none of them are in England!
After scoring a hat-trick against the Slovakian u-21 side on Tuesday night the hoops striker has taken his international tally to nine in four matches. Broken down it works out at a goal every 29 minutes.
With goals in the Glasgow derby, cup finals and in the Europa League this year Edouard is one of the most wanted players in the game as he follows the same development route as Virgil Van Dijk and Moussa Dembele.

Edouard is being tracked by several sides from across the continent, including Europa League opponents Lazio, Serie A rivals Roma and Napoli, as well as German big guns Borussia Dortmund.
Ligue 1 outfit Lyon are continuing to keep tabs on the frontman as they fear losing ex-Celt Moussa Dembele to the English Premier League when the transfer window reopens in the new year.
Across England any Head of Recruitment that doesn’t have extensive details on Edouard will be in bother if they are contacted by their Chief Executive or manager.
Leicester City will certainly be keen to take him south of the border where clubs happily splash out £20m in the hope that players as limited as Oli McBurnie can find a dozen goals to secure EPL survival.
Having tracked Kieran Tierney it would be amazing if Edouard wasn’t high among Arsenal’s targets if Alexandre Lacazette or Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang decided to leave the club.
During the summer Bayern Munich signed Liam Morrison from Celtic, the same scouting network will be well aware of Edouard’s ability and ready to become bidders at the slightest sign of the striker becoming available.
Edouard joined Celtic in a £9m deal in the summer of 2018, signing a four year contract after leaving Paris Saint Germain.
