Neil Lennon has revealed that Moi Elyounoussi was already carrying a knock when he reported for international duty last week for Norway.
The on-loan winger returned to Scotland last Friday after pulling out of the international squad and will miss Saturday’s home match against Livingston.
Elyounousi’s form earned him the October SPFL Premiership Player of the month award as he played a lead role in Celtic racking up a run of seven wins on the bounce.

Following the Livingston match Celtic have a five day break before facing Rennes in the Europa League but with a place in the knock-out phase secured there is no rush to get Elyounoussi back in action.
In 12 appearances for Celtic the former Basel winger has scored seven goals.
