Once again Scott Brown was the hero of the Celtic support with fans flooding social media with their appreciation for the club skipper.

Other players have come and gone, blown hot and cold during the current run of success but whatever the circumstances the Fifer is forever driving the team on and bagging vital goals.

Marios Ogboe looked like ending Celtic’s 100% home record when he popped up with a 90th minute equaliser that stunned the home fans.

Broony wasn’t for accepting dropping points with the skipper scoring in stoppage time to the relief and delight of the anxious home supporters.

At the final whistle the skipper was mobbed by his team-mates, when the chips are down he finds something extra to add more chapters to an already glittering career.
