Ally McCoist woke up from his Hampden nightmare to put in an appearance on TalkSPORT this morning.
With his hopes of a career in management in tatters due to Alloa Athletic the former Ibrox striker ensures that he is always available for media work.
Two mornings a week he joins up with Alan Brazil on TalkSPORT as the duo dream up of a return to the good old days of trophies being shared between the two biggest clubs in Glasgow.
The last few years haven’t been kind to McCoist with even his barber joining in the fun. Other than the 2016 Petrofac Cup success under Mark Warburton there has been little on the football field for him to celebrate.

For 18 months Steven Gerrard has had the task of bringing trophies to Ibrox, now on his watch Celtic have picked up their fourth succesive domestic trophy.
No more winners medals will be handed out until May 2020, on yesterday’s evidence it looks like it’ll be more of the same for the serial winners and serial losers of Scottish football.
