Neil Lennon has named three players that are ready made stand ins for his top team.

Over the next four weeks the Celtic boss is likely to use his squad to the max as they look for domestic success to add to their impressive progress in the Europa League.

Lennon stuck very closely with his A-Team through the first four Europa League ties but at home to Cluj the quality of his squad was emphasises.

The familiar line up on Forster; Elhamed, Ajer, Jullien, Bolingoli; McGregor, Brown; Forrest, Christie, Elyounoussi and Edouard has some impressive deputies gunning for their places.

Naming his standout stand-ins Lennon told The Sun:

We do have first-team regulars but we don’t want these guys to think they are just bit-part players because you want them to be able to step in and have a seamless transition.

That’s in a Utopian world but they are making a good fist of it at the minute. They are a good bunch. They set a good bar professionally. The fitness levels are excellent and the staff behind the scenes do a good job of keeping them fit and motivated.

Some of them are naturally fit guys — Lewis Morgan, Moritz Bauer, Jonny Hayes can be out of the team but come in and hit the ground running. They top themselves up constantly on their levels of fitness.

Bauer is likely to drop out of the side today with Jeremie Frimpong looking increasingly like the first choice right-back.

Most attention will be on the striker position today with Lewis Morgan and Leigh Griffiths competing for the place with Odsonne Edouard missing out through injury.
